Villager Construction entered the crushing and screening business in 2008, and quickly established themselves as leaders in the industry. Villager’s Aggregate Department specializes in aggregate recycling, and contract crushing & screening. We have produced over 15,000,000 tons of aggregates and have accumulated over 250,000 hours of experience. We are licensed in 13 states on the east coast, with a heavy focus in North East & Mid-Atlantic regions.

Aggregate Recycling
Highly recognized in the aggregate recycling industry. We produce over 1,000,000 tons annually of RAP & RCA recycled aggregates.
RAP: We specialize in RAP processing for reuse in HMA plants. Villager Construction has developed specialized equipment and methods to produce the highest quality RAP products. From increasing AC content of your RAP, to water shedding stockpiling methods to minimize moisture and prevent agglomeration of processed RAP, Villager Construction is heavily invested in RAP processing.
RCA: Concrete recycling is becoming increasingly popular among DOT agencies, turning old concrete into new subbase for reuse on their projects. This process requires the understanding of DOT specifications and how to produce a finished aggregate within those specifications. Villager Construction has the experience and proven track record in producing spec’d materials from concrete.

Aggregate Mining
We are MSHA certified to work in all aggregate processing environments. We have processed a wide variety of materials including: limestone, sandstone, granite, bluestone, gravel and sand.
Our mobile equipment can assist with surge orders, specialty products, or when your equipment is down. We produce quarry materials to State specifications, for use in heavy highway and municipal projects.
We also provide stripping and processing of overburden material.
Specialty Screening
Villager has the equipment and experience in specialty screening projects such as: recyclable recovery after a fire, metal recovery from loss to the ground at scrap metal processors, and heavy stone sorting.
Our specialized equipment allows us to tackle project others can’t. Such as the MDS M515 heavy rock trommel is capable of sorting heavy, medium, and light stone. Or, our magnet equipped scalping screens for metal recovery.
